Brunswick Real Estate UK (now Brunswick Property Partners) has appointed Jamie Acheson as senior director.

Jamie will head the asset and development management functions across Brunswick Real Estate UK and spearheads investment deal sourcing for the Akoya venture.  He is central to transaction execution and business plan delivery for all new acquisitions.

Jamie was previously fund manager at Nuveen (formally Henderson Global Investors), where he was responsible for the €1.2 billion European designer outlet venture between TIAA and Neinver. Having launched the venture in 2014 alongside Brunswick Real Estate UK founding partner, David Turner, it rapidly grew over a 24-month period to 12 assets, becoming a leading operator in the sector.

Jamie has more than 16 years’ experience across the retail, office and mixed-use sectors and has been involved in several high-profile developments.  He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 2007.
