The refurbishment works involve upcycling the 1970s office building into a dynamic and net-zero green workplace.

The project perfectly encapsulates our ‘retrofit-first’ approach, which advocates that the most sustainable outcomes are routed in re-using and improving what you have, rather than opting for demolition and rebuild. The asset won the International Design Award 2024, in recognition of its low embodied carbon design.
