HISTORY
The Feldberg senior management team have known each other for more than 10 years. Rodney Bysh and Will Amies worked together at Edmond de Rothschild REIM. Rodney along with David Turner, Jamie Acheson, Jin Sandhu and Juergen Grieb also previously worked at Henderson Global Investors (Nuveen).

Rodney Bysh
Managing Partner, CEO
Rodney Bysh is the Managing Partner and CEO of Feldberg Capital, with more than 30 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry.
Formerly, he was Head of Business Development at Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management and CEO of Cording Real Estate Group. In addition, Rodney served as Managing Director and Senior Advisor for Rothschild & Co. from 2006 to 2017.
Prior to that, he worked at Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen) for seven years and was part of their real estate management team. He began his career at HypoVereinsbank(now Unicredit), where his last position was Director of Real Estate Funds.

Andreas Quint
Managing Partner
Andreas Quint is the Managing Partner of Feldberg Capital. His extensive career includes CA ImmobilienAnlagen AG, which he successfully led as CEO from 2018 until the end of 2021.
Previously, he was Head of Corporate Finance & Portfolio Transactions at BNP Paribas Real Estate. From 2008 to 2013, he held the position of CEO Germany at Jones Lang LaSalle, now JLL, and then CEO Corporate Finance Europe.
Prior to this, he was Managing Partner of the German business of Catella Property Group, after having been responsible for the Corporate Finance Group at Ernst & Young Real Estate in the years before. He has extensive real estate development experience and is an expert of the German and especially real estate market in Berlin, where he has been based since 1971.

Will Amies
Managing Partner, Head of Business Development
Will is a Managing Partner and Head of Business Development at Feldberg Capital. Will focuses on business growth, with a particular focus on launching thematic ventures alongside a range of investors which have included a leading Sovereign Wealth Fund, a Middle East institution and Scandinavian family offices. He is responsible for key investor relationships.
Will founded Brunswick Property Partners with David Turner prior to its sale to Feldberg Capital in 2023. Previously, Will was Head of Business Development and Deputy CEO of Cording Real Estate Group (now Edmond de Rothschild REIM) with over €3bn AUM across 8 European offices. He was a member of Cording’s Executive Committee and chaired the Product Development Committee. He also held several venture directorships and overall responsibility for Client Services with a focus on best governance standards.
Will has worked across a range of venture types involving most sectors including office, residential, hospitality, industrial and retail for over 20 years.
Will is a trustee of the Dinosaur Trust, a charity that works with Great Ormond Street Hospital and Cambridge University to research and support children with Pulmonary Hypertension.

David Turner
Managing Partner, Head of Investment
David is a Managing Partner and Head of Investment at Feldberg Capital. David is responsible for overseeing all of Feldberg’s investment activities.
David founded Brunswick Property Partners with Will Amies prior to its sale to Feldberg Capital in 2023. David has over 30 years’ experience in European real estate, specialising in fund management, investment transactions and joint ventures. He has held numerous board positions and been a member of different investment committees, gaining considerable experience in Corporate Governance and Risk Management matters.
Prior to forming BPP with Will, David was Head of TIAA European Investment at Nuveen with overall responsibility for its $4.5bn portfolio. He was involved in a number of high-profile projects including the pan-European retail joint venture with Neinver SA and the Cityhold office partnership with AP1 & AP2. He was also responsible for launching Nuveen’s business in Scandinavia.
Before joining Nuveen, David was Fund Manager of Protego’s c.$1.2bn Nordic retail fund and also worked as Fund Manager at Aberdeen for two UK based funds: Alecta and Barclays Life, with a combined portfolio value of nearly $1.3bn.

Jurgen Grieb
Managing Director, CFO
A seasoned finance and accounting leader with more than 25 years of professional experience. Among others, he has held important positions such as CFO at Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Germany) GmbH in Frankfurt, CFO at Feldberg Capital GmbH in Frankfurt, as Head of Fund Operations at TMW Pramerica in München.
He is an in-house tax consultant with extensive knowledge of international tax structuring and tax compliance. Jürgen has a strong focus on real estate funds but also detailed controlling knowledge in industrial manufacturing. He furthermore excels in setting up structures and processes in start-up units and has solid knowledge of HGB, IFRS, US-GAAP and international tax law. Various IT systems were successfully implemented under his leadership.

Jamie Acheson
Managing Director, Head of UK Transactions
Jamie heads up the transactional functions across Feldberg Capital and spearheads investment deal sourcing for all ventures. He is central to transaction execution and business plan delivery for all new acquisitions.
Jamie previously held the position of Fund Manager at Nuveen (formally Henderson Global Investors), where he was responsible for the €1.2bn European designer outlet venture between TIAA and Neinver. Having launched the venture in 2014 alongside David, it rapidly grew over a 24 month period to 12 assets becoming a leading operator in the sector.
Jamie has over 16 years of expertise across the retail, office and mixed-use sectors and has been involved in several high-profile developments. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having qualified in 2007.

Jin Sandhu
Managing Director, Head of Venture Finance
Jin is responsible for the establishment and ongoing operations of all Feldberg Capital’s venture finance functions. Jin has over 17 years’ experience and is responsible for investor financial reporting, instructing and managing tax and other consultants and implementing robust operational procedures.
Jin previously spent 13 years at Nuveen as a Senior Finance Manager of several major European & UK Funds where she was responsible for pricing, financial reporting to numerous boards and underlying institutional investors.
Prior to this, Jin worked at Ernst & Young as a Management Accountant for the national finance team, reporting on both the business’s existing real estate assets and the More London project.

James Bury
Consultant
James Bury is a Consultant to Feldberg Capital. He has more than 25 years of investment and asset management experience in the UK and Europe. He has worked at Savills Investment as Global Head of Operations, Global Head of Product Development, Global COO and CEO Europe Management in London.
Previously, he served as CEO and Head of Fund Management at Pradera Asset Management in London and Acquisition Director at the American private equity firm JER Real Estate Advisors in London. Based on his successful work in investment and asset management over several economic cycles, James Bury consistently identifies growth opportunities and achieves high returns.
His expertise includes Investment & Asset Management, Management & Operations, Corporate Transactions, Business Growth and Leadership. James is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Diploma in Sustainable Real Estate (Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership).

Ross Steele
Director, Development
As Development Director at Feldberg Capital, Ross oversees the planning, design, procurement and construction of the development pipeline across all ventures. Ross shares Feldberg’s aspiration to upcycle and reactivate existing buildings with a significant focus on sustainability and occupier wellbeing.
Ross worked for 6 years as a Development Manager at Blackstone Property Management (now known as Revantage Real Estate) where he oversaw developments in Central London, Spain and Luxembourg. He oversaw the development at the key London estates including St Katharine Docks, Broadgate Quarter and Chiswick Park.
Prior to joining Blackstone Property Management, Ross was a Project Manager for Stace LLP where he worked on a number of student accommodation projects with McLaren Property, as well as progressing a number of residential and commercial projects with The Portman Estate. Whilst at Stace, Ross qualified as a member of the RICS.

Robert Allen-Mersh
Director, UK Investment
Robert has over 8 years’ experience and works in the UK acquisition team on sourcing, underwriting and execution.
Robert previously worked in the investment team of a European real estate private equity firm, Yoo Capital, focusing on London value-add commercial projects. He underwrote several complex projects, including Olympia London.
Prior to this, Robert worked at Eastdil Secured in multi-sector UK capital markets advisory.

Robert Bahr
Director, Germany Investment
Robert Bahr has joined Feldberg in February 2023 and is responsible for investment in Germany.
He has almost 10 years of experience in the real estate market and advisory business. In his former position Robert worked as an investment director at Edmond de Rothschild REIM for over 5 years. He was responsible for acquisitions in Germany focusing on Core+ and Value-add office and logistics investments. For many years he has been working alongside with Rodney Bysh.
Prior to this Robert gained relevant experience at PWC (3 years) and Allianz Real Estate (1 year). He holds a master degree in Real Estate and a bachelor degree in Economics of the University of Regensburg (IRE|BS).

Jonathan Cochrane
Director, Asset Management & Sustainability
Jon heads up the Asset Management role at Feldberg Capital and is responsible for delivering the business plans, driving income and value across the UK portfolio.
He additionally leads on ESG implementation for the business, devising the strategy for the Akoya portfolio. Recent work includes decarbonisation pathways and CRREM modelling for all assets as well as comprehensive retrofitting works across a range of commercial assets.
Jon gained considerable experience working for the Grosvenor Estate for 6 years from 2012 and was involved across the different operating businesses, managing regional shopping centres as well as the renowned London estate covering Mayfair and Belgravia.

James Lister
Director, Portfolio Management
James is Director of Portfolio Management at Feldberg, responsible for managing the Akoya Venture. Prior to joining BPP, James was at Aerium, where he headed the UK acquisitions team.
Before that, he spent five years at Quadrum Global, where he was responsible for the UK real estate portfolio, and, before that, roles at Lone Star in Tokyo, Broadcliff Capital Partners, Epsilon Real Estate Partners, Brockton Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
James has worked across the full lifecycle of investment management including venture formation, capital raising, transactional work, asset management and finance.

Hasan Şan
Hasan brings more than 25 years of professional experience as a freelance architect and owner’s representative with numerous projects in residential, commercial and hotel construction. Among other things, he has extensive experience in the construction of existing buildings, monument protection and pollutant remediation.
Hasan also worked abroad for many years as a country manager in the construction industry and investment consultant in the field of greenfield investments.
Most recently, he was responsible for the entire portfolio of office, logistics and light industrial properties at Edmond de Rothschild Germany as Technical Asset Manager from 2020-2023.

Rebecca Hore
Associate Director
Rebecca works in the asset management team and is responsible for delivering the asset level business plans across Feldberg’s UK portfolio. This includes leasing, refurbishments, and day to day management of the assets and tenants.
Prior to joining Feldberg, Rebecca worked at Mapeley Estates Ltd for 8 years. She gained a range of experience managing a portfolio of offices and industrial units throughout the country on behalf of HMRC. Whilst at Mapeley Rebecca gained a master’s in real estate and qualified as a member of the RICS.

Piotr Kotlarek
Piotr joined in March 2024 and supports the investment and asset management projects in Germany.
Prior to joining Feldberg Capital, Piotr worked at Caleus in Berlin and has extensive experience in investment banking with comprehensive transaction track record in the German market.
Piotr holds a MSc in Corporate Finance from CASS business school in London and a BSc in International Business Administration from European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder).

Faiz Mirza
Associate Director, Investment
Faiz is responsible for contributing to the investment management and portfolio growth of the Akoya venture, as well as supporting launch of new ventures and acquisitions. His key focus areas are deal origination, asset underwriting, debt strategy and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Feldberg, Faiz spent one year at the real estate private equity arm of a single-family office, acquiring assets for their UK & US portfolio. Before that he spent four years at Maddox Capital | JRJ Group, deploying discretionary capital from pension funds and insurers, with a focus on the residential sector.

Nikolai Wolanyk
Senior Associate, Investment
Nikolai joined Feldberg in April 2023. He has more than 5 years of experience in the real estate investment market and advisory business.
Before joining Feldberg Capital, Nikolai Wolanyk worked 2 years as an Investment Associate at AM alpha KVG in Munich. He was part of the Acquisitions team focusing on Core+ and Value-add investments across all usage types in Europe, particularly Germany and Italy.
Previously, he has worked for 3.5 years in Transaction Advisory at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Frankfurt, being involved in several transactions across Germany. Nikolai Wolanyk holds a bachelor degree in Real Estate Investment Management of the University of Geislingen-Nürtingen (HFWU). He is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holder of Certified Financial Modeler (CFM).

Kat Austreng
Kat joined Feldberg Capital in November 2023. Prior to joining Feldberg Kat worked for five years at CBRE Capital Advisors within the Investment Advisory team. In this role, Kat was responsible for setting and deploying the investment strategy for a number of real estate investors including Impact Funds, Overseas Investors, Local Authorities and Family Offices across all sectors and European geographies. Kat has experience working on both equity and debt strategies, and acted on behalf of her clients on a non-discretionary basis. While at CBRE Kat was involved in enhancing the ESG and impact initiatives of her clients.
At Feldberg Capital, Kat supports the Investor Relations and Capital Raising functions of the company, as well as helping to develop the strategy for new ventures.

Fund Manager for Cora
Luke Duckworth
Luke Duckworth is the Fund Manager for Cora and has a decade of experience in the real estate industry, across both equity and debt.
He worked at Nuveen Real Estate for 8 years, most recently as Assistant Fund Manager for a €2bn flagship pan-European diversified fund.
Luke was responsible for overseeing the fund’s asset management, transaction and ESG activity, as well as being heavily involved in capital raising and strategy.
Prior to Nuveen, he worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland in various lending roles.
Luke has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, and an Undergraduate degree in Economics from Durham University.
