Brunswick Property Partners (BPP) has completed the financing for recently acquired asset 163-203
Eversholt Street for its Akoya portfolio with a £71 million loan facility from MetLife Investment
Management.

Located in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter, in close proximity to Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations, the Grade II listed freehold office property was built in 1840 with five-metre floor-to-ceiling heights.

Formerly the Euston Station ticket hall, it now comprises 110,853 sq ft of office space spread across three adjoining buildings and multi let to 11 tenants, including technology companies Gentrack and Wildbrain and fashion brands Hobbs and Whistles. James Lister, Director and Portfolio Manager at Brunswick Property Partners, said, “We are pleased to have successfully completed this financing with MetLife and look forward to further continuing the relationship as we look to grow the Akoya portfolio.”
