Frankfurt, 27 May 2026 – Feldberg Capital (Feldberg) has advised itsthe joint venture (JV) with the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (Texas Teachers) on its first investment. The completed acquisition comprises a site of approximately 55,000 sq m on Industriestrasse 60 in Wedel to the west of Hamburg. The site will be developed into a state-of-the-art logistics asset with a total lettable area of around 35,000 sq m across six separate units.

This makes it particularly well-suited for long-term logistics development,’ says Stefan Schade, Director, Investment at Feldberg.
As part of the development specification, eight EV charging points and a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 2,300 kWp are planned. A grid connection capacity of 3,200 kVA will also allow the property to accommodate growing demand driven by e-mobility.
Completion is scheduled for mid-2027. The logistics real estate specialist thirteen seven has been appointed as project developer.
