In line with the Paris Agreement and Science Based Targets, all of our asset are on track to net-zero by 2040.

This goal informs all our sustainability initiatives, from whole life carbon assessments of development projects, to ensuring our tenants turn off the lights, we take an end-to-end approach to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Yet we recognise not only the impact of real estate on our environment, but the role of the environment on our real estate. That is why we test and defend our assets against increasingly perilous climate events, driven by global warming.

The way people live and work is constantly evolving, and we welcome the shift towards a focus on health and wellbeing.

Feldberg creates positive places with connection and wellbeing at the forefront of their design. Our attention focuses on key indicators including air quality, temperature control, exercise, amenity provision and natural light. Improving these areas creates positive places for a better experience of working and living.

We recognise that the positive impact of our assets can reach further than within our own four walls.

We therefore seek to use our role as stakeholder in the areas where our assets are located to improve the local community.
We take time to understand the challenges that exist within each community, what is needed to alleviate those challenges, and how best to provide it. By taking this ground up approach, we are well placed to contribute to social betterment.
